Please read it carefully before registration

At least one author of each accepted paper of the ICPR-2024 main conference MUST be registered under a REGULAR registration category (not student registration) as mentioned under registration fees (Click here), by September 10, 2024. If a paper is not registered under REGULAR registration rate by this timeline, the paper will not be included in the program and in the conference proceedings. Please note that one regular registration can cover up to two papers (these two papers may be 2 main conference papers, OR 1 main conference paper and 1 workshop paper, OR 2 workshop papers).

If circumstances prevent you from attending in person to present your paper, you may present your paper (online) (virtually), but you must register and pay for your paper under a REGULAR registration rate. Please inform us, in advance, that you will attend online with proper justification for the same.

Regular Registration and IAPR Senior Member registration includes: Admission to attend all the technical sessions of the main conference, including workshops, tutorials and Doctoral Consortium and online access to the proceedings as well as the virtual platform. This registration also includes lunch during the conference, tea\coffee, welcome reception, banquet dinner, and access to all cultural events.

Student registrations for the main conference include: Admission to attend all the technical sessions of the main conference and online access to the proceedings as well as the virtual platform, lunch during the conference, tea\coffee, welcome reception, banquet dinner, and access to all cultural events.

Please note that online participant registration will not cover any paper presentation and paper registration. By this registration a participant can only attend the main conference online. However, if your paper is registered in a REGULAR rate by one of your co-authors, then you are allowed to present the paper only with this registration.

Please note that participant with REGULAR registration/ IAPR Senior Member registration can attend workshops, Doctorial Consortium and Tutorials.

Please note that one workshop registration can cover up to two workshop papers. Also, a workshop registrant can attend Tutorials and Doctoral Consortium.

A Doctoral Consortium registrant can attend Tutorials.

Participants with registration only in Workshop or Tutorials or Doctoral Consortium are not entitled to participate in the technical sessions of the main conference, welcome reception, banquet dinner, or access to cultural events.

A participant who is eligible for workshop and tutorial can attend up to 6 workshop and 3 tutorials.

If you have submitted in one of the workshops of ICPR and they are not accepted yet, and you want to include those with your ICPR main paper registration, please go through these two points.

1. If you have submitted just one paper in ICPR workshops, you may include that paper ID (irrespective of its acceptance) during your ICPR main paper registration. Otherwise, you need to inform us (by email to icpr.2024.fin@gmail.com cc to icpr2024@gmail.com and soumiksweb@gmail.com) the workshop name and paper ID with a list of authors after its acceptance and we will include that paper under your ICPR registration.
2. If you have submitted more than one papers in ICPR workshops and they under review then
   • you need to inform us (by email (icpr.2024.fin@gmail.com cc to icpr2024@gmail.com and soumiksweb@gmail.com), the workshop name and paper ID with tlist of authors after acceptance for one of these papers and we will include that paper under your registration, and
   • you need to register your other workshop paper(s) later in workshop rate.

Cancellation/refund policy: All cancellation requests must be made via email to ICPR. Cancellation rates are as follows:

• Before September 30th, 2024, 11:59 PM IST: ₹7500.00 + 18% GST of the paid registration amount + applicable bank charges
• Before October 31st, 2024, 11:59 PM IST: ₹25000.00 + 18% GST of the paid registration amount + applicable bank charges
• NO CANCELLATION will be allowed after October 31st, 2024.
• NO CANCELLATION is allowed for only Workshop or only Tutorial or only Doctoral Consortium registration.

Refund value will be calculated after deducting the cancellation rates from the paid amount.

Privacy policy: The data related to registration will be used by icpr/iapr organizing committee including icpr-2024 event manager.

Payment/Invoice information:

The only acceptable payment mode is through the registration site. We do not accept wire payment, Cheque, Demand draft etc. A receipt will be issued upon the validation of your payment. Your receipt will be sent to the email-id given during registration.

All pricings are in INR. Any fees for charges (except GST) related to payments have to be borne by the registrants. The Registration fee includes GST.
