Call for Demonstrations and Exhibitions

The 27th International Conference on Pattern Recognition (ICPR-2024) Organizing Committee invites proposals for Demonstrations and Exhibitions to be held during December 01-05, 2024 at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, Kolkata. Such proposals can be submitted by academia, company, start-ups who are keen to showcase cutting-edge technologies, product, prototypes, and practical applications in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Image and Sound Analysis, Pattern Recognition, and so on.

SUBMISSION PROCESS:
The proposal for demonstration should be submitted via email at icpr2024@gmail.com with a subject line "Demostration proposal" by October 20, 2024.

FORMAT FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS:

  1. Title of the demo/exhibition along with the name of the company/institute.
  2. A short introduction of the demonstration and the hardware to be used should be mentioned. (Please note that no Drone is allowed under this demonstration/exhibition as Drone is not allowed at the ICPR-2024 conference venue)
The ICPR 2024 Demonstrations and Exhibitions committee Chairs and organizer will go through the proposal and decides its acceptance.

FEES FOR DEMONSTRATION:

Demonstration without Stall:

INR 1.00 lakh (1200 USD): A speaking slot of 15 minutes per proposal will be provided in one of the days of the conference.  Each accepted proposal will receive one complementary registration of the entire conference. Additional speakers/delehgated need to register as per the normal registration process  of ICPR-2024 by paying the requisite fees.

Demonstration with Stall:

INR 1.7 lakhs (2000 USD): Includes a stall (size: 10' x 8') with furniture, and one complementary registration for the entire conference per accepted proposal during  the conference. Bigger stalls may be obtained by paying additional charges for which participants need to contact to the organizer.  Additional delegates need to register as per the normal registration process of ICPR-2024 by paying the requisite fees.

Demonstration with Stall and speaking slot

INR 2.5 lakh (3000 USD):  Includes a stall (size: 10' x 8') with furniture during  entire  conference, and a speaking slot of 15 minutes per proposal will also be provided in one of the days of the conference.  Each accepted proposal will receive one complementary registration of the conference. Additional speakers/delegates need to register as per the normal registration process of ICPR-2024  by paying the requisite fees.
